We want your shopping experience at Elohai Boutique to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please remember we are a small boutique and cannot make exceptions to the below policy no matter the circumstance.

Time Frame: 

Purchases made in the Boutique: You must make your claim on or before 7 days of paying your merchandise.

Online Orders: Claims should be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Items must be post marked and shipped within 14 days of receiving your package to get a store credit.

The Catch: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition or packaging; this includes make-up stains from trying clothes on. The items must be returned with original tags still attached. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition. Please package returned items neatly. Items received damaged due to lack of care repackaging, with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will not be accepted, will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

The Exceptions:  Items in the "Sale" section, anything purchased using a promo code of 30% or more, swimwear, jewelry, scarves, accessories, shape wear and undergarments, gift cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Overview: Returns sent in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a 35% restocking fee + original shipping fee deducted from store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fee will be deducted from store credit.

Defective Items: We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not as expected. If you believe you have received a damaged item please contact with a picture of the damage and description. All damage and/or return claims should be made within 3 business days of receipt of goods. Damaged/returned merchandise must be mailed back to us within 7 days of approval date in order for you to get a replacement. No exceptions. We are not liable for merchandise damaged after you have worn the item.   

Faulty Items:

We will refund postage for any faulty items but not until the item is received and has been confirmed as faulty by us as below:

  • Manufacturing faults.
  • Goods that have been wrongly described.
  • Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered.
  • Goods that have defects.

Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions.  Clothing patterns may also vary.  These situations do not qualify as defects.

Refund Type: All returned items are for store credit only (you will receive the value of your refund as a gift card), we are sorry but no money refunds. Shipping cost are not reimbursed, except in the case of defective merchandise (pictures required). To keep our prices low we are very strict with our return policy and offer no exceptions to the guidelines above.  

How Do I Make A Return?

If you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist with most or all of your return requests. 
To file a claim on damaged or return items, please email for your return authorization (RA) Request. 

Please include your Sales ID or Invoice No. in the subject line and the following information in the body:

  Name 

  Invoice Number

  Style Number

  Size(s) & Color

  Quantity

  Reason for Return

  Picture of damaged unit(s) if applied


Tracking numbers are recommended when shipping back your returns; we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit. Please be sure to include your approve authorization (RA) Request. Mail the package to:

Love it but need a different size, color, or style? We're happy to exchange! We can’t guarantee an item will be in stock by the time we receive your return, please let us know by email the style you desired. 

Return shipping cost must be covered by customer. You have to pay to ship back your exchange products.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Elohai Boutique is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.

Once we receive returns they will be processed within 5 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit (gift card) through your customer account email in the price of the item or items you sent back minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the items to you. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges, you will be responsible for that.


Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" or any other reason are subject to re-shipping at buyers expense, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.


Elohai Boutique is not responsible for any missing, lost or stolen packages after a package has arrived to USPS facility. Please contact the USPS customer service with questions regarding missing, lost or stolen packages.
