What is Ship-to-Store?

Pick up your online order in your local Elohai Boutique with Ship-to-Store.
Just select Pick up your order in: "your favorite location" in checkout as your shipping method. Check our Store Locator. 
Customer Service will email you when your order is ready to be picked up. You or your Pick Up Person will need to bring a photo ID, the Order Confirmation email, or the Ready for Pick Up email to pick up your order. Ship-to-Store is currently limited to Puerto Rico locations. 

When will my order be available for pick up?

1-2 business days your order will be available for pick up in Mayaguez, PR Boutique.

 

Customer service will email you if your order is available for immediate pickup, in Mayaguez, PR.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

You will need to bring a photo ID, the Order Confirmation email, or the Ready for Pick Up email to pick up your order. If you designated a different Pick Up Person, this person will need to bring a photo ID, the Order Confirmation email, or the Ready for Pick Up email.

When can I pick up my order?

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. You will need to bring a photo ID, the Order Confirmation email, or the Ready for Pick Up email to pick up your order. Can someone else pick up my order?

You will need to pick up your order unless you designated a Pick Up Person in " SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" area in cart. If you placed the order and designated a Pick Up Person other than yourself, they will need to pick up the order. Photo ID, the Order Confirmation email, or the Ready for Pick Up email are required to pick up the order.

What is the shipping rate for Ship-to-Store?

Standard Ship-to-Store is always FREE!!!

Can I return my online purchase in a store?

Yes, you can return your online purchase at Elohai Boutique in Mayaguez. Please ensure you have the items you’d like to return along with your original packing slip when you go to the store.

What is your exchange, return & refund policy online?

Exchange:
Love it but need a different size, color, or style? We're happy to exchange! We can’t guarantee an item will be in stock by the time we receive your return, please let us know by email the style you desired. 
Return:
Returns are accepted in their original condition within 7 days of purchase for a Store Credit only. 

Refund Type: All returned items are for store credit only (you will receive the value of your refund as a gift card), we are sorry but no money refunds. Shipping cost are not reimbursed, except in the case of defective merchandise (pictures required).
